At Custom Events and Hire, we want to give our customers the most satisfactory experience. That’s why we believe that our policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Our products are available for hire, a refundable bond of $100-$200 is payable for most hire products.
A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure your date and the items you would like to hire.
All items must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
If an item is damaged the customer must pay the full price for a replacement item.
Items must be returned by the agreed date or a late fee will be incurred and deducted from the bond.
Customers are to pay for debt recovery fees if damaged or lost items are not paid for within 7 days of invoice being issued.
All personalised items pricing includes delivery.
